NOMINATION FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY NO LATER THAN 5:00PM ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 20, 2026. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Award recipients will be notified by February 1, 2026. The awards will be presented during the annual meeting in Duluth, MN, February 24-26, 2026.
MNTWS Awards
Minnesota Award
Minnesota Award is our Chapter's highest award and is presented to an individual who has made outstanding contributions to Minnesota's wildlife and natural resources.
Student Conservationist Award
Student Conservationist Award is presented to an undergraduate or graduate student in a wildlife-related field at a Minnesota college or university who has shown high scholastic achievement, and who shows promise as a future wildlife professional.
Excellence in Mentorship Award
Excellence in Mentorship Award acknowledges contributions to our field through mentorship and guidance.
Conservation Award
Conservation Award is presented to an organization, institution, or individual that has shown an outstanding commitment to Minnesota's resources.
Law Enforcement Award
Law Enforcement Award is presented to an individual who has demonstrated dedication and service to the protection of Minnesota's natural resources.
North Star Award
North Star Award for Special Achievement in Wildlife Conservation recognizes a singular and exceptional achievement or accomplishment in the last 5 years that advanced wildlife conservation in Minnesota or elsewhere.
